It provides a supportive community, and no one here feels isolated. While carers and support services do visit some residents, we do not provide full-time care or nursing. We do, however, have a podiatrist who visits, as well as hairdressers. If nursing care is required, it needs to be arranged privately by the resident.<\/p><p>The residents contribute a small monthly maintenance fee, which covers the cost of structural repairs, maintenance, gas, water, and heating. They\u2019re responsible for their own electricity and council tax.
