Jennette Estevez - General Manager

The General Manager of Chesterfield United Charities is a seasoned Manager, having worked in the community sector in senior management/CEO for 18 years, in the United Kingdom and Australia. Prior to this Jen was a Police Officer with Thames Valley and Derbyshire police.

Jen has a busy role, and really enjoys her role, she manages the operations of the charity, whilst being supported by a great PA Kate and supportive Trustees. No day is the same from interviewing a potential resident, working on a spreadsheet or gaining a quotation for works to be completed. It is a great challenging post for Jen, but Jen can cope under pressure and gets things done.

Jens outlook on life is simple, not to stress about things you cannot control and live life.

Jen is a lover of music. From a very young age Jen became a drummer, then a vocalist and joined a couple of bands along the way, as a vocalist. Music has always been a passion, playing instruments, dancing, and listening to various music and attending live performances. Jen likes to keep fit, loves to travel enjoying culture and is passionate about cooking.
